高职院校校企合作体制机制创新和研究对推进高职教育的发展有着十分重要的意义。当前,我国高职院校校企合作取得一定成效,校企合作人才培养模式,使技能人才与地方经济发展的适应性得到较大提升,但是由于合作体制机制障碍、缺乏地方政府有关法律法规保障等问题的存在,制约着校企合作的深度发展,构建稳定、长效的合作保障机制,促进校企合作深入、持续、健康地发展已成为亟待解决的课题。 The innovation and research on the system and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to the development of higher vocational education. At present, the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges in our country has achieved some success. The training model of cooperation between schools and enterprises has greatly improved the adaptability of skilled personnel and local economic development. However, due to the obstacles of cooperation system and mechanism, the laws and regulations of local governments are lacking The existence of such problems has restricted the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation, and established a stable and long-term cooperation guarantee mechanism to promote the in-depth, sustained and healthy development of school-enterprise cooperation has become an urgent issue.
