2003年工作总结 一、兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮,为企业改革发展奠定了思想基础 一是把“三个代表”重要思想贯彻落实到转变思想观念和工作思路上来,开创了生产经营的新局面。勘探与生产分公司深入基层,总结了十分有价值的“勘探开发一体化”、“岩性油气藏精细勘探’等19个创新典型。冀东油田分公司依靠精细勘探,2003年新增三级石油地质储量1.3亿吨,实现了油气勘探的历史性突破。华北销售分公司强化现代营销理念,扬长避短,积极拓展区外市场,全年销售总量突破了1000万吨。
