初为人师的我,还没有把物理教学做得得心应手、驾轻就熟。上了一堂“追及与相遇问题”的物理课,个人感觉比较失败。失败的原因是多方面的,但失败的同时,它恰恰给了我更多的空间去思考、去感悟,反思自己在未来的教育教学中该何去何从。本文从课前准各、课堂教学、课后总结三个阶段讲授失败的过程及得出的教训,并在自我反思之后,提出九点改进措施,为今后更好的物理教学做铺垫。
At first I was a teacher, but I did not do physics teaching well enough. On a “chase and encounter ” physics class, personal feeling more failure. The reasons for the failure are manifold. However, at the same time of failure, it gives me more space to think, to comprehend and reflect on my own future education and teaching. This article explains the process of failure and the lessons learned from the three stages before class, class teaching and after-class summary. After self-reflection, I propose nine improvement measures to pave the way for better physics teaching in the future.
