目的:了解一般人群育龄妇女外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带情况和不同避孕方法、行为因素对女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带的影响。方法:通过对育龄妇女体检采集的阴道分泌物进行培养,诊断女性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带情况,并对所有对象进行问卷调查,了解相关的行为因素。结果:深圳地区一般人群育龄妇女阴道假丝酵母菌携带率15.4%。初中文化程度以下妇女阴道假丝酵母菌检出率为16.4%,高中及以上文化程度妇女的检出率为15.1%。采取不同避孕方法的妇女阴道假丝酵母菌携带率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带有影响的因素分别有:洗澡时采用盆浴(P=0.011)、内裤与袜子混洗(P=0.020)、浴盆与洗脚盆共用(P=0.049)和非经期使用卫生护垫(P=0.001),而其他调查相关因素差异无统计学意义。结论:采用阴道分泌物培养的方式检测假丝酵母菌检出率高。深圳市一般人群育龄妇女外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带率在正常范围内。文化程度、避孕方法对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带无影响(P>0.05)。盆浴、内裤袜子混洗、浴盆与洗脚盆共用及非经期使用卫生护垫是妇女外阴阴道假丝酵母菌携带的危险因素。
Objective: To understand the general population of women of childbearing age vulvovaginal candidiasis carrying and different methods of contraception, behavioral factors on female vulvovaginal Candida carrying. Methods: The vaginal secretions collected from women of childbearing age were cultured to diagnose female vulvovaginal Candida carriage, and all the subjects were surveyed to understand the relevant behavioral factors. Results: The prevalence of Candida vaginalis in women of childbearing age in Shenzhen was 15.4%. The detection rate of Candida vaginalis in women below the level of junior high school was 16.4%, and the rate of women with high school education and above was 15.1%. There was no significant difference in the carrying rate of Candida vaginalis among women who took different methods of contraception (P> 0.05). Factors influencing the carriage of vulvovaginal Candida were bath tub with bath (P = 0.011), underpants and socks (P = 0.020), tub with washstand (P = 0.049) and non-menstrual The use of panty liners (P = 0.001) did not show any significant difference in other survey-related factors. Conclusion: The method of vaginal secretions culture detection of candida high detection rate. The general population of women of childbearing age in Shenzhen vulva vaginal candidiasis carrying rate within the normal range. The level of education and contraceptive methods had no effect on vulva vaginalis carriage (P> 0.05). Bathing, pantyhose shuffling, tubs and washbasins shared and non-menstrual use of sanitary pads is a risk factor for women with vulvovaginal Candida.
