目的:对某医院各个临床科室床位的使用效率和实际的床位配置情况进行分析,使临床科室的开放床位数得到合理优化配置。方法:收集某二甲医院2013年6-12月份的工作情况,分析其病床工作效率和床位配置的合理范围。结果:全院配有病房的共19个临床科室,其中10个科室床位数设置合理,2个科室床位设置偏少,7个科室床位设置偏多。结论:应用病床工作效率指标可以对医院病床设置进行有效地指导,使医院医疗资源的利用更趋于合理。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization efficiency of beds in all clinical departments in a hospital and the actual allocation of beds so that the number of open beds in clinical departments can be reasonably and optimally configured. Methods: Collect the work of a hospital from June to December in 2013 and analyze its reasonable working range and bed configuration. Results: A total of 19 clinical departments with wards were set up in the hospital. Among them, the number of beds in 10 departments was set reasonably, the number of beds in 2 departments was less, and the number of beds in 7 departments was much higher. Conclusion: The use of hospital bed efficiency index can effectively guide the hospital beds and make the utilization of hospital medical resources more reasonable.
