神经纤维瘤病是全身性显性遗传疾病,常有阳性家族史。其特点是有多数神经鞘膜肿瘤形成,少数从雪旺氏细胞发生雪旺氏瘤。目前尚无治愈本病的方法。我院曾于1982年用手术加中药的方法治疗1例,疗效尚满意。患者王××,男,17岁,病历号013581。自出生时患者右背及右乳即发现有褐色斑,随着年龄的增长色素斑逐渐扩大并出现软组织的过度增生悬垂如肉屏,除自觉右背沉重及仰卧不适外无其他特殊感觉。经多方治疗无效于1982年3月收入我院外科病房。
