随着我国社会经济的快速发展,工业发展速度不断加快。工业的发展,虽然对社会经济进步有积极影响,但也加剧了环境问题。全球变暖问题越发严重,让人们开始反思经济行为。低碳经济理念应运而生,在低碳经济理念的指导下,房地产的经济发展方向有所改变。低碳经济模式的盛行,给房地产经济发展带来了不小的挑战。分析低碳经济对房地产经济发展的影响,利用低碳经济革新房地产经济,才能让房地产经济持久稳定地发展下去。
