清末改革是近年来学界研究的重点领域,其中“清末法制改革”尤为突出。据粗略统计,仅2000—2010年硕博学位论文中有关“清末法制改革”的选题就达60余篇,涉及研究方向主要有清末具体某项法制改革研究、清末礼法之争研究、清末人物与法制改革、清末法制改革比较研究。虽然“清末法制改革”研究取得了丰硕成就,但亦存在诸如研究内容重复、研究视角狭隘、史学界的关注有待提高等问题。
The reform in the late Qing Dynasty is a key area of academic research in recent years, of which “legal reform in the late Qing Dynasty” is particularly prominent. According to the rough statistics, there are more than 60 articles on the “Legal Reform in Late Qing Dynasty” in the 2000-2010 master’s dissertations. The main research topics involved are the research on some specific legal system reform in the late Qing Dynasty, the controversy over the law at the end of the Qing Dynasty, A Comparative Study on Legal System Reform in Late Qing Dynasty. Although many achievements have been made in the study of the legal system reform in late Qing dynasty, there are still some problems such as the repetition of research contents, the narrow research perspective and the need of historians to be improved.
