目的探讨扶正解毒汤联合干扰素对高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染宫颈上皮内瘤变1级(CIN1)患者的治疗效果,分析其对患者免疫功能和炎性因子的影响。方法选取2015年6月-2016年12月该院妇科收治的高危型HPV感染CIN1患者134例,随机分为治疗组(n=67)和对照组(n=67)。对照组采用干扰素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合扶正解毒汤治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗后治疗效果和HPV转阴率;测定并比较两组HPV-DNA病毒载量的变化;检测并比较两组治疗前后免疫功能指标及炎性因子水平的变化;观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率和HPV转阴率分别为82.09%和74.63%,均显著高于对照组的65.67%和53.73%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组HPV-DNA病毒载量明显下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组CD4~+细胞比例及CD4~+/CD8~+显著升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8~+细胞比例显著下降,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血清IL-4、IL-10水平显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著升高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论扶正解毒汤联合干扰素能调节高危HPV感染CIN1患者Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡,提高机体对HPV的清除能力,效果优于干扰素单用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with interferon on patients with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1 (CIN1) and its effects on immune function and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 134 CIN1 patients with high-risk HPV infection admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 67) and control group (n = 67). The control group was treated with interferon. The treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated continuously for 2 months. The therapeutic effect and HPV negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups. The changes of HPV-DNA viral load were measured and compared.
