以近几年我国中等职业学校(不含技工学校)的统计数据为样本,从年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、专业结构等方面对专任教师的发展现状进行分析。特别是通过对专任教师类别的细化,考察每一类专任教师所对应的生师比,研究发现,在各专业大类的生师比之间,以及专业课教师同实习指导课教师所对应的生师比之间严重失衡,结合分析结果,对专任教师队伍的发展建设和结构调整提出一些思考。
Taking the statistical data of secondary vocational schools (excluding technical schools) in recent years as a sample, this paper analyzes the current situation of full-time teachers in terms of age structure, educational structure, professional title structure and professional structure. In particular, through the classification of full-time teachers, examining the ratio of students to teachers for each type of full-time teachers, the study found that in the major categories of professional teacher-teacher ratio, as well as professional teachers and internship instructor corresponding The serious imbalance between students and teachers, combined with the analysis of results, the development of full-time teachers and structural adjustment put forward some thinking.
