以信息技术为核心的高科技的迅猛发展,使得各种新的材料被广泛应用于各行各业,对档案载体形式也产生了显著的影响。随着新材料被逐渐地应用于档案的载体,这些新型载体档案的保护问题也日见突出。新型载体档案的保护是非常重要的,需要档案保护人员给予高度重视,并采取合理有效的保护技术和保护方法做好这项工作,以最大限度地保证新型载体档案的安全,延长其使用寿命。本文结合新型载体档案的特点,对其保护应注意的几个问题进行了论述。
The rapid development of high technology with information technology as the core has made all kinds of new materials widely used in all walks of life and also had a significant impact on the format of archives. As new materials are gradually applied to archives, the protection of these new types of archives also becomes increasingly prominent. The protection of new carrier files is very important and requires the protection of files to attach great importance to and take reasonable and effective protection techniques and protection methods to do this work to maximize the security of new carrier files and prolong their service life. In this paper, the characteristics of the new carrier file, the protection should pay attention to several issues are discussed.
