作者主要从药效动力学和药代动力学的基本机理来阐述麻醉药的药物相互作用。药效动力学方面的药物相互作用主要涉及具有相同或相反药理的药物之间出现的反应或副作用,其基本机理包括在分子或细胞水平上的竞争,这主要出现在相仿或相关药物之间。药代动力学方面的药物相互作用主要涉及某药物影响另一药物的吸收、分布、代谢或排泄,其基本机理包括改变蛋白的结合,酶促、酶抑的变化以及肾脏清除率的改变等。这类反应往往因人而异,有时很不容易预先估计。
The author mainly elaborates the drug interactions of narcotic drugs from the basic mechanism of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Pharmacokinetic drug interactions primarily involve reactions or side effects that occur between drugs with the same or opposite pharmacology, the basic mechanism of which involves competition at the molecular or cellular level, mainly between similar or related drugs. Pharmacokinetic aspects of drug interactions mainly involve the absorption, distribution, metabolism or excretion of another drug by one drug. The basic mechanism of drug pharmacokinetics includes changing the binding of proteins, enzymatic changes, enzyme inhibition and changes of renal clearance. Such reactions often vary from person to person and are sometimes difficult to predict in advance.
