1989-1995年实验证明:定植“左山一”茎尖6-7代组培苗和同品种扦插苗相比较,无论树形、叶片形状、大小、浆果各形态指标、色泽、品质、种子特征等植物学性状、物候期、抗病性、抗寒性、酒质等均未出现明显变异。组培苗定植当年田间长势比扦插苗弱,但根系分布较深,晚开花结果一年。组培树不含有扇叶和卷叶病毒,群体无性系植株生长比较整齐一致,群体产量提高4.62-7.38%;“左山一”组培苗,具有良好的遗传性状和生产性能。
