中职教师的教学科研能力,是中职学校自身建设的重要内容,尽快提高中职教师教学科研水平,是中职学校不可回避的问题,但在这一问题上,存在着许多的制约因素。
The ability of teaching and research of secondary vocational teachers is an important part of the construction of secondary vocational schools.
