内皮素(ET)在肺内含量最高。ET对气道平滑肌细胞、上皮细胞、肺血管平滑肌细胞、肺泡上皮细胞、肺成纤维细胞的功能活动均有调控作用。ET可刺激气道上皮细胞和成纤维细胞增殖,促进肺损伤的修复;ET对气道、肺血管平滑肌的舒缩有增强和抑制双相调控作用,有助于维持其张力的稳态;ET能促进肺表面活性物质的合成分泌,参与调节肺泡内PS含量的相对稳定;并促进气道粘液纤毛转运,增强肺的防御功能。因此,ET在肺内微环境稳态的调控中可能起重要作用。
Endothelin (ET) content in the lungs the highest. ET regulates the functional activities of airway smooth muscle cells, epithelial cells, pulmonary vascular smooth muscle cells, alveolar epithelial cells and lung fibroblasts. ET can stimulate the proliferation of airway epithelial cells and fibroblasts and promote the repair of lung injury; ET can enhance and inhibit the biphasic regulation of airway and pulmonary vascular smooth muscle contraction, which helps to maintain the steady state of its tension; ET Can promote the synthesis and secretion of pulmonary surfactant, involved in the regulation of PS content in alveolar relatively stable; and promote airway mucociliary transport and enhance lung defense function. Therefore, ET may play an important role in the regulation of homeostasis of lung microenvironment.
