以20层剪力墙结构为例,采用《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)推荐的“建筑抗震性能设计”参考方法,按不同的性能要求分别对剪力墙和连梁构件的承载力以及整体结构的层间位移进行了验算。结果表明:如欲满足性能1和性能2抗震设计的承载力以及侧向变形的要求,会导致墙、梁构件的配筋量和截面尺寸急剧增加,不符合经济合理的设计原则;在罕遇地震下性能2的性能目标和承载力要求偏低。
Taking the 20-story shear wall structure as an example, the “seismic design of buildings” recommended by Code for Design of Seismic Design of Buildings (GB 50011-2010) is adopted, and according to different performance requirements, The bearing capacity and the overall structure of the interlayer displacement checked. The results show that if the bearing capacity and lateral deformation requirements of performance 1 and performance 2 seismic design are to be satisfied, the amount of reinforcement and cross section of wall and beam members will increase sharply, which is not in accordance with the economic and reasonable design principles. Performance targets and bearing capacity requirements for performance 2 under earthquake are low.
