This article reports 152 cases of various types of anemia in patients with SI, TIBC, TS, FEP, SF measured value and its clinical significance. SI, TS, SF decreased only seen in iron deficiency anemia. FEP increased seen in iron deficiency and iron granulocytic anemia. SF increased seen in iron granulocytic anemia, chronic active hepatitis, acute leukemia and so on. SF value down to the normal range The following shows that the iron reserve has been depleted, with a positive meaning. However, higher SF values do not necessarily all mean iron overload.
