去年七月,我们承担了编写湘潭市工商联会史的任务。在编写过程中,我们深深感到,档案材料既是写好会史的基础,也是会史质量的保证。由于我们经验不足,在开始收集资料时,把主要精力放在担负过工商联领导的一些老人身上,请他们提供亲历、亲见和亲闻史料。由于年深月久,事过境迁,加上这些老人年事已高,记忆力远不如前,对工商联30多年来的重大活动的始末和有关数据,往往记不准确,甚至出现张冠李戴的问题。我们感到这样凭藉记忆撰写史料,难以达到“纵 Last July, we assumed the task of preparing the history of Xiangtan Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the process of compiling, we deeply feel that the file materials are not only the basis for writing a good history, but also the guarantee of the quality of history. Due to our lack of experience, we started to collect information and put the main focus on some elderly people who had taken the lead of the Federation of Trade Unions. They were invited to provide personal experiences, pro-see and pro-historical materials.
