目的比较高速涡轮钻去阻力法和传统劈冠法在下颌阻生牙拔除中的临床效果,验证涡轮钻法的优越性。方法对116例下颌低位近中水平阻生牙患者,随机分为2组,每组58例。试验组采用高速涡轮钻法,对照组采用传统劈冠法。比较2组手术时间、第二磨牙的松动度、骨裂、断根、干槽症等并发症的发生情况。结果试验组的手术时间明显少于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),实验组第二磨牙松动发生率、下颌骨骨折、断根发生率及干槽症的发病率均小于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论高速涡轮钻去阻力法手术时间短、创伤轻、术后并发症少、患者对手术的恐惧感小,与传统劈冠法相比具有较明显的优越性。
OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical effects of high-speed turbine drill de-resistance and traditional split crown in mandibular impacted tooth extraction, and to verify the superiority of turbo-drill method. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with mandibular lower extremity impacted teeth were randomly divided into two groups (58 in each group). The experimental group adopted the high-speed turbine drilling method, the control group adopted the traditional split crown method. The incidence of complications such as operation time, degree of loosening of second molars, fractures of bone, root desease and dry socket were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). The incidence of the second molars loosening, mandibular fracture, root rupture and dry socket were all significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group Less than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion The high-speed turbine drill to the resistance method has the advantages of short operation time, less trauma, less postoperative complications and less fear of the operation. Compared with the traditional split-crown method, the turbine has obvious advantages.
