药品的安全关系到患者的健康,做好医院药房药品的监管工作对于维护医院声誉,保障患者各项权利有着重要的意义。笔者将从药房药品的差错分类出发,分析出药品差错的原因,从而探索出相关的防治措施。
The safety of medicines is related to the health of patients. To supervise and control the medicine of hospitals and pharmacies is of great significance to maintaining the reputation of the hospital and safeguarding patients’ rights. The author will start from the error classification of pharmacy drugs, analysis of the causes of drug errors, so as to explore the relevant prevention and treatment measures.
