本文对用离心浇铸法制备Cu-Zr-Al系大尺寸非晶合金的转速及加热功率进行研究,且对离心浇铸试验的模具设计进行改良。成功制备出不同尺寸的非晶合金。研究结果表明:合金成分选取Cu_(46)Zr_(46)Al_8时玻璃形成能力较为良好,模具转速在600r/min,浇注功率(温度)在6.0~9.0之间且过热度控制在100℃时,试样成型效果最佳。厚度可达4mm,最大直径可达Ф100mm。
In this paper, the centrifugal casting method for preparing Cu-Zr-Al large-size amorphous alloy rotation speed and heating power were studied, and the centrifugal casting test mold design is improved. Successfully prepared amorphous alloys of different sizes. The results show that the glass forming ability is better when Cu_ (46) Zr_ (46) Al_8 is selected as the alloy composition.
