在机械工业行业处于全国各行业最困难处境的时候,广州通用机械联合公司却取得令人瞩目的经济效益,连续几年产值、销售、利税同步增长。近三年来,该公司每年工业总产值、销售收入均超过1亿元,利税1700多万元,成为同行业中的佼佼者,所属10个企业全部实现市机电局对企业首轮承包指标。其中7个企业被批准为省级先进企业,6个企业被局评为文明单位。连续三年成为无案件、无事故、无职工违法犯罪的“三无”单位,连续七年实现安全生产。该公司取得成效的关键是:企业有个团结的领导班子,勇于开拓进取,积极改革,作风民主。他们懂得,要驾驭好一个5000多人的联合公司,单靠几个人的作用是不能奏效的,因此,要着力塑造和培育“团结、求实、拼搏、创新”的联合公司企业精神.艰苦奋斗,克服困难,实现企业的稳定
When the machinery industry was in the most difficult situation in various industries in the country, Guangzhou General Machinery Co., Ltd. achieved remarkable economic benefits. The output value, sales, profits, and taxes increased for several consecutive years.
