鸟山矿井是鹤岗矿业集团新建项目。工程建设过程中,地面设施的兴建、开挖、填筑以及排放弃土、弃石、弃渣的压埋等都不同程度、不同形式地扰动了原地貌形态,损坏了地表土体结构和地面林草植被。分析水土流失总量得出,在预测期水土流失总量4.36万 t(含背景值)中,扰动地表流失量0.29万 t,占新增水土流失总量的6.7%;由于堆放、排放弃土弃渣矸石可能造成的直接流失总量4.07万 t,占新增水土流失总量的93.3%。因此,在运行期把排矸场作为重点防治区。随着工程施工进度的进行,各阶段的水土流失形式、强度发生显著的变化;因此,应根据建设项目的施工安排,分时段分别进行水土流失预测;空间上,对每个施工阶段内,根据建设区域的地貌类型、水土流失特点及主体工程总体布局,将划分不同的水土流失区进行水土流失预测。
