去年十月,我去大西洋北部的冰島进行了旅行訪問,并和冰島的朋友們一起,参加了冰中文化协会举办的庆祝我国国庆十五周年的晚会。光阴迅速,已經一年多了。但我在冰島的所見所聞,还仿佛是最近的事。一九六四年十月四日夜,飞机在冰島首都雷克雅未克机場着陆。这是我第三次訪問冰島。老朋友克利斯汀、雅可布、西古来接我們。西古还带着他的女儿,十岁的小姑娘賽茵。她腼腆地把两束冰島温房里培植出来的黄菊花送給我們。
In October last year, I went on a trip to Iceland in the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean. I joined Icelandic friends and participated in a gala organized by the ICRC to celebrate the 15th anniversary of China’s national day. Time flies, more than a year. But what I see and hear in Iceland seems to be the latest. On the night of October 4, 1964, the plane landed at the airport of Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland. This is my third visit to Iceland. Old friend Kristen, Jacob, West to pick us up. West also took his daughter, a 10-year-old girl Race Serie. She shyly gave us the yellow chrysanthemums that had been planted in two Icelandic greenhouses.
