本文对156例原发不孕症患者进行宫内膜活检,将其各种病变进行归类,分析了每种病变的发病率以及各种组织学改变与不孕症之间的关系。着重讨论了宫内膜分泌欠佳这一组病变中三亚类的组织学特点及其所代表的临床意义与治疗问题。
In this paper, 156 cases of infertility patients with endometrial biopsy, all kinds of lesions were classified, the incidence of each disease as well as a variety of histological changes and the relationship between infertility. It focuses on the histological features of the Sanya subclass in the group of poor endometrial secretion and their clinical significance and treatment.
