藏汉自古是一家!唐代的文成公主和藏王松赞干布的美满姻缘,成为佳话传诵千古。而西藏正式纳入祖国版图、成为中国不可分割的一部分始于元代。此间,促成西藏归顺祖国的藏族有识之士,是元朝开国皇帝忽必烈的帝师、西藏萨迦派第五代祖师八思巴。研究八思巴对祖国统一的贡献,弘扬他的爱国主义精神具有广泛而深远的意义和学术价值。
