从钎料、钎剂和钎焊工艺参数等方面对铝铜直接钎焊进行了研究。在选择合适的与钎剂后，通过降低钎焊温度，减少钎焊时间，进行焊后处理，调整钎缝间隙及基体表面粗糙度，可以获得强度较高的铝铜钎焊接头，对钎剥的腐蚀作用也进行了探讨。
