目的:观察数字一体化基台冠应用于老年患者牙合龈距离过低的种植牙修复效果。方法:选择36例老年患者46颗后牙种植牙进行数字化一体化基台冠修复,并进行随访、分析。结果:经过1年随访,除1例患者因下颌2单位一体化基台联冠桥体处折断外,其余44颗种植体一体化基台冠修复临床效果良好,无螺丝折断,修复体脱落等现象。结论:采用数字一体化基台冠修复老年患者牙合龈距离过低病例能取得了满意的临床效果。 Objective: To observe the digital integrated abutment crown used in elderly patients with occlusal gingival distance implant implants. Methods: A total of 46 posterior teeth implantations of 36 elderly patients were selected for digital integrated abutment crown restoration. The patients were followed up and analyzed. Results: After one year of follow-up, all the other 44 implants with abutment crown had good clinical results except for one case whose fracture was caused by the integration of the mandibular 2-unit abutment and the crown. There was no screw fracture and the prosthesis was dropped off phenomenon. CONCLUSION: Satisfactory clinical results can be achieved by using the digital integrated abutment crown in the treatment of elderly patients with occlusive gingival disease.
