目的:建立牛黄至宝丸中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法:本实验采用紫外分光光度法,以药典方法测定胆红素的含量,用重氮化试剂显色,对样品的提取检测波长为533 nm。结果:牛黄至宝丸中胆红素的含量限度为不低于29.8μg/丸,胆红素浓度在0.009 8~0.049 8 mg·mL-1与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为98.74%(RSD 0.45%,n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、稳定、可靠,可用于测定牛黄至宝丸中胆红素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of bilirubin in bezoar-to-bao pill. Methods: In this experiment, UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of bilirubin by pharmacopoeia. The diazotization reagent was used for color development. The detection wavelength of the sample was 533 nm. Results: The limit of bilirubin in Bezoar Zhibao pill was no less than 29.8μg / pill, the concentration of bilirubin was in the range of 0.009 8 ~ 0.049 8 mg · mL-1 and the absorbance was linear (r = 0.999 9, n = 5). The average recovery was 98.74% (RSD 0.45%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, stable and reliable. It can be used to determine the content of bilirubin in bezoar-to-bao pill.
