基于图像处理技术和分形理论,提出一种路面表面构造的非接触式测量方法:通过CCD相机获得路面表面构造图像,对图像二值图用合适阈值进行目标分割和边缘检测提取灰度等值线以进行分形分析,最后确定尺度独立的灰度等值线分维数(FDC)来表达路面粗糙程度。试验研究了FDC和铺砂法的平均构造深度(MTD)的关系,发现FDC随MTD的增加递减,二者相关关系显著,文章分析了原因,认为FDC更能真实表达路面的粗糙程度。
Based on the image processing technology and fractal theory, a non-contact measurement method of pavement surface structure is proposed. Pavement surface texture images are obtained by CCD camera, and the target contour and edge detection are used to extract binary contour of image binary image To make fractal analysis, and finally to determine the scale independent gray contour line fractal dimension (FDC) to express the degree of road roughness. The relationship between FDC and the mean depth of construction (MTD) of paving sand was studied. It was found that the FDC decreased with the increase of MTD. The correlation between the two was significant. The reason was analyzed and the conclusion was drawn that FDC could represent the roughness of pavement better.
