目的探讨二甲基氯化锡(DMT)的急性毒性和对大鼠血钾的影响。方法采用霍恩氏法测定DMT在SD大鼠经口、经腹腔注射和经皮肤染毒及昆明种小鼠经口、经腹腔注射的半数致死量(LD50),并测定大鼠DMT染毒后1 h和1 d的血钾水平。结果 DMT经口、经腹腔注射和经皮肤对SD大鼠(雌、雄)的LD50分别为(147.0、383.0)mg/kg;(46.4、31.6)mg/kg;(1470.0、1780.0)mg/kg。DMT经口、经腹腔注射染毒对昆明种小鼠(雌、雄)的LD50分别为(215.0、316.0)mg/kg;(59.9、68.1)mg/kg。DMT染毒大鼠血钾水平在染毒后1 h显著下降,但1 d后恢复正常。结论 DMT属于中等毒性,可引起大鼠短时一过性血钾下降。
Objective To investigate the acute toxicity of dimethyltin chloride (DMT) and its effect on serum potassium in rats. Methods Horn’s method was used to determine the LD50 of DMT administered orally, intraperitoneally and percutaneously in rats and orally and intraperitoneally in Kunming mice. The DMT 1 h and 1 d of potassium levels. Results The LD50 of DMT orally, intraperitoneally and percutaneously were (147.0,383.0) mg / kg, (46.4,31.6) mg / kg and (1470.0,1780.0) mg / kg . The LD50 of DMT administered orally and intraperitoneally to Kunming mice were (215.0,316.0) mg / kg and (59.9,68.1) mg / kg, respectively. The level of potassium in DMT-treated rats decreased significantly at 1 h after exposure, but returned to normal after 1 d. Conclusion DMT is moderately toxic and can cause short-term transient hypokalemia in rats.
