目的建立一种高效液相色谱-紫外检测器串联荧光检测器(HPLC-UVD-FLD)同时测定空气中9种常见多环芳烃(PAHs)的检测方法。方法将吸附有空气样品的滤膜经乙腈密封超声水浴提取处理后,以乙腈和水为流动相,进行高效液相色谱梯度淋洗分离,荧光检测器和紫外检测器检测。实验中分别对流速、流动相梯度、柱温等方面进行优化,获得最优的色谱分离条件。结果 9种多环芳烃化合物在65 min内得到了很好的分离,在0.5μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,测定的相对标准偏差为0.90%~2.8%,加标回收率为86%~130%,符合方法学要求。结论该方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于测定空气中9种多环芳烃类化合物的同时测定。
Objective To develop a HPLC-UVD-FLD method for the simultaneous determination of nine common PAHs in the air. Methods The membrane with air sample adsorbed was extracted by acetonitrile-sealed ultrasonic bath and acetonitrile and water were used as the mobile phase. The samples were separated by gradient elution with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and detected by fluorescence detector and UV detector. In the experiment, we optimized the flow rate, mobile phase gradient and column temperature, respectively, to obtain the optimal chromatographic conditions. Results Nine polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were well separated within 65 min. The linear range was 0.5μg / L ~ 100μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.90% ~ 2.8% 86% ~ 130%, in line with the methodological requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of nine PAHs in the air.
