冲洗胶卷时因为温度太高或者显影时间太长,造成底片显影过度。这类底片主要表现为:底片上的最大密度(景物的强光部分)浓黑,分辨不出层次;而最小密度则比较透明,影像的密度等级分辨得很清楚,整个底片黑白对比强烈,反差很大,超出了一般软性放大纸的感光差。用这种底片放大出的照片,黑白对比非常强烈,缺少中间层次,不能将景物的影调正确还原。
