经国家批准、由国际组织提供低息贷款的华北平原农业项目中的安徽省蒙城县项目治理区,地处蒙城县中部,跨涡河南北两岸,总面积246平方公里,耕地21.67万亩。治理区内有七乡一镇一场71行政村,82946人。耕地中砂姜黑土类占93.7％,长期以来粮食产量低而不稳,亩产在200斤上下徘徊,是比较落后的地区。
Approved by the State, the Project Management District of Mengcheng County, Anhui Province, located in the North China Plain Agricultural Project providing low-interest loans by international organizations, is located in the middle of Mengcheng County and across the south and north sides of the Vortex. The total area is 246 square kilometers, and the cultivated land is 216,700 mu . There are seven townships in 71 villages and 71 administrative villages, with 82,946 people. Cultivated soil ginger black soil accounted for 93.7%, long-term low and unstable grain output, mu yield hovering around 200 pounds, is relatively backward areas.
