木工作以二甲胺化的大孔交联聚苯乙烯为载体,合成了一类新的含钯高分子催化剂,并在常压下进行了烯烃的加氢反应。烯烃加氢结果表明,这种聚合物支撑的催化剂对烯烃的加氢反应有较高的催化活性,且加氢反应速度随催化剂中N/Pd比的增加而降低,但它对烯烃双键附近的位阻选择性较小。氮一钯高分子催化剂在空气中稳定,使用过的催化剂经乙醇洗滌,真空干燥后仍可继续使用。反复使用的结果表明,催化活性没有明显下降,解决了钯催化剂的回收利用问题。
Woodworking A novel macromolecular palladium-containing catalyst was synthesized from dimethylated macroporous crosslinked polystyrene. The hydrogenation of olefins was carried out at atmospheric pressure. The results of olefin hydrogenation show that the catalyst supported by this polymer has high catalytic activity for the hydrogenation of olefins and the hydrogenation rate decreases with the increase of the N / Pd ratio in the catalyst. However, The steric hindrance is less selective. The nitrogen-palladium polymer catalyst is stable in the air, the used catalyst is washed with ethanol and can be used after being dried under vacuum. Repeated use of the results show that no significant reduction in catalytic activity to solve the problem of palladium catalyst recycling.
