目前对脑梗塞的药物治疗尚无理想方法。我们根据修氏微循环理论学说,采取药物递增疗法获得满意疗效。现报告讨论如下。资料与方法我院1980年以来共收治脑梗塞病人140例,其中脑血栓形成134例,脑栓塞6例。脑血栓形成急性期34例、恢复期50例,后遗症50例。其中递增疗法组74例,对照组66例。药物递增方法: 1.维脑路通:开始每日400mg静滴,以后每三天递增200mg,最后达到4000mg为一疗程。
Currently there is no ideal way to treat cerebral infarction. According to the doctrine of Xiu-Shi microcirculation, we take the drug ascending therapy to obtain satisfactory results. The report is discussed below. Materials and Methods A total of 140 patients with cerebral infarction were admitted to our hospital since 1980, of which 134 cerebral thrombosis and 6 cerebral embolism. There were 34 cases of acute cerebral thrombosis, 50 cases of convalescence and 50 cases of sequelae. Including incremental therapy group of 74 cases, control group of 66 cases. Drug increment method: 1. Victoria brain pass: start daily 400mg intravenous infusion, increasing 200mg every three days, the last to reach 4000mg for a course of treatment.
