建设有中国特色的社会主义,是中国人民肩负的划时代的光荣历史任务。当前,积极发展社会主义市场经济,进一步推进改革开放,加快经济发展的步伐,是党的十四大制定的建设有中国特色的社会主义的战略决策。而发展社会主义市场经济,必须进行宏观调控体系的建设,特别是健全间接调控机制,更好地运用财政、税收、信贷、价格等手段调节经济的运行。为此,应当加强宏观调控中的教育手段,进一步做好宏观调控的思想政治工作。
The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an epochal glorious historical task to be shouldered by the Chinese people. At present, the active development of the socialist market economy, the further promotion of reform and opening up and the acceleration of economic development are the strategic decisions for building socialism with Chinese characteristics set forth by the 14th National Party Congress. In order to develop the socialist market economy, we must carry out the construction of a macro-control system. In particular, we must improve the indirect regulation and control mechanism and make better use of fiscal, tax, credit and price measures to regulate the operation of the economy. To this end, we should step up education in macro-control and do a good job in ideological and political work of macro-control.
