通过182份有效问卷调查数据,运用回归分析和结构方程模型方法,探讨了中小创业企业创业者能力对创业绩效的影响。研究结果表明,中小创业企业创业者能力与创业绩效正相关,但创业者能力的不同维度对创业绩效的作用呈现差异,创业者能力的不同维度对三种不同创业绩效的影响也各不相同;说明了创业者的机会能力、关系能力及战略能力是影响中小创业企业绩效的关键因素。研究为创业型中小企业充分发挥和不断提升创业者能力,帮助创业成功提供现实参考。
Through the 182 valid questionnaires, using regression analysis and structural equation modeling, this paper explores the impact of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial entrepreneurial competencies on entrepreneurial performance. The results show that the entrepreneurial competence of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial enterprises is positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance, but the different dimensions of entrepreneurial competency have different effects on entrepreneurial performance, and the different dimensions of entrepreneurship have different impacts on the entrepreneurial performance. It shows that the entrepreneur’s opportunity ability, relationship ability and strategic capability are the key factors that affect the performance of small and medium-sized start-ups. The research provides a realistic reference for SMEs to give full play to and improve their ability to start-up successfully.
