Objective To investigate the effect of radionuclide 88Re-β radiation on cell cycle arrest and apoptosis induction of human hepatocellular carcinoma HCC. Methods MTT assay, morphological observation, agarose gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry Induced HCC cells were detected and observed. Results 1 88Re-induced HCC cell death has typical apoptotic morphological and biochemical characteristics.
