每年11月25日是国际消除对妇女的暴力日。2016年3月1日,《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》正式实施,家暴行为正式进入国家法律监管范畴。什么是家庭暴力?家庭成员之间殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常性谩骂,恐吓等方式实施的身体精神等侵害行为。家庭暴力绝不是家务事,遇到家暴怎么办?2016年3月1日,《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》正式实施。《反家庭暴力法》规定了相关单位及个人强制报告之责,创设了公安告诫制,建立了人身安全保护令机制。
Every year on 25 November is the International Day for the Eradication of Violence against Women. On March 1, 2016, the “Anti-Domestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China” was officially implemented. Domestic violence officially entered the national legal supervision area. What is domestic violence? Beating, binding, mutilation, restriction of personal liberty and physical abuse by regular abuse, intimidation and other acts by family members. Domestic violence is by no means a domestic matter, how to deal with domestic violence? March 1, 2016, “The People’s Republic of China Anti-Domestic Violence Law” was officially implemented. The Anti-Domestic Violence Law stipulates the responsibility of relevant units and individuals for compulsory reporting, establishes a cautionary system for public security and establishes a mechanism for protection of personal safety.
