为贯彻落实党中央提出的新发展理念,推动资源利用高效化、农业投入减量化、废弃物利用资源化、生产过程清洁化,促进农业提质增效和可持续发展,农业部和国家农业综合开发办公室近日下发《关于印发农业综合开发区域生态循环农业项目指引(2017-2020年)通知》,提出从2017年起集中力量在农业综合开发项目区推进区域生态循环农业项目建设,2017~2020年建设区域生态循环农业项目300个左右。
