以合作918番茄品种叶片作为外植体,选用3组12个配方对其进行诱导,12个配方均以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的激素配比。结果得出,MS+KT1.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L配方进行合作918番茄愈伤组织诱导效果最好。
In this study, 918 tomato varieties were used as explants. Three groups of 12 formulations were used to induce them. All 12 formulations were treated with MS as the basal medium, and different hormone concentrations were added. The results showed that MS + KT1.5 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L formula to cooperate 918 tomato callus induction effect is best.
