文章介绍该厂使用Ⅴ形浮动支承的经验,阐述了这种支承的基本结构,支承原理,并与固定支承作了对比,详细地论述了浮动支承夹角的选用,支承位置的选择和工件中心偏心量的选择。从实测大量工件所获得的数据可以看出Ⅴ形浮动支承的优越性,这种支承的仿形误差小,成圆性能好,支承稳定,可提高被磨表面的几何精度,减少波纹度。附图12幅。
The article introduces the experience of using Ⅴ floating support in the factory, and expounds the basic structure and supporting principle of this support. Compared with fixed support, the paper expounds the selection of floating support angle, the choice of support position and the center of workpiece Eccentric amount of choice. From the measured data obtained from a large number of workpieces we can see the superiority of the Ⅴ floating support.
