1尽管受到一些负面因素影响,但2014年深港合作有关合作领域和项目仍有所创新和突破。2015年及以后,深港合作的国家战略职责将进一步凸显,合作主题仍将是服务贸易自由化和要素流动自由化。随着内外部环境变化和深港发展进程演进,推进深港合作能力和合作体系的现代化势在必行。
1 Despite some negative factors, there are still some innovations and breakthroughs in the areas of cooperation and projects for Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation in 2014. In 2015 and beyond, the strategic responsibilities of Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation will be further highlighted. The theme of cooperation will continue to be the liberalization of service trade and the liberalization of factor mobility. With the changes in the external environment and the evolution of Shenzhen-Hong Kong development, it is imperative to promote the Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation capability and the modernization of the cooperation system.
