1993年我镇村办合作医疗,遇到了一些新情况,由于种种原因,再次停办。由于放松管理,导致三级卫生网底破裂,队伍不稳定,防保任务不落实。有的村卫生室重治轻防,卖假药、高收费、乱收费;有的引发医疗事故或医疗纠纷;群众怕看病,看不起病。针对这些情况,我们在深入调查的基础上,学习外地经验,结合本地实际,拿出整建方案,及时向镇政府汇报,得到政府领导的高度重视,并在政府办公会上专题研究,同意整建方案,并以溶政发(93)11号文
