在病理学形态上有多种疾病在光镜下都表现为上皮样肉芽肿性病变,如结核病、结节病、麻风病等慢性感染性疾病,在不同部位、不同患者及不同病变时期,其上皮样肉芽肿病理表现的典型性也不同,在病理诊断中常难以鉴别这类疾病,容易引起误诊.在病理形态上主要表现为上皮样肉芽肿性病变的疾病在临床上最常见的是结核病,故在病理诊断中应特别注意结核病的诊断与排除诊断.目前结核病病理诊断的主要辅助检测是抗酸染色,但其灵敏度较低
