通过分析妇产科护士血液传播疾病职业暴露的潜在危险因素,主要包括职业因素、认知因素两个方面,有针对性的提出了相关的预防对策与防范措施。其中,包括制定严格的规则制度、细化工作流程、增强关于血液传播疾病职业暴露的培训、提高医护人员的防范意识、改善医护人员的工作环境等多个方面、多个角度,来最大限度地降低职业暴露的几率与危险,降低职业危害,提高护士的依从性,以保证妇产科护士的职业安全。同时,针对具体的问题提出具体的解决方案,做到有针对性地采取应对措施,从根本上提高妇产科护士职业暴露的安全性。
