教学督导制度是我国教育管理中的重要组成部分,对于行政和教育都起着重要的监督作用。高等院校的体育教学因为直接关系着学生的身体健康状况,所以也实行了教学督导模式。这种教学督导模式确实提高了体育教学质量,但是,高等院校体育教学督导运行模式在实际操作中,容易出现一些问题,这些问题制约了体育教学质量的提升,本文对存在的问题进行分析,并探讨创新与实践办法。
The teaching supervision system is an important part of education management in our country and plays an important supervisory role in administration and education.
