目前国内外对企业进行评价的方法多种多样,但同时也存在指标过于单一、非财务指标难以量化或者需要像赖专业机构的标准等缺陷。如何设计科学、方便的评价方法是一个急需解决的问题。本文将在对当前各种评价方法进行综述的基础上,依据相关理论设计出一套适用于上市公司动态评价的方法,并且构建该评价方法的具体指标,最后,以北京市国有上市公司为例,对其2009年的状况进行试评价。 At present, there are many ways to evaluate the enterprises at home and abroad, but at the same time, there are some flaws such as over-indexing, non-quantification of non-financial indicators or the need to rely on the standards of professional institutions.
