构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央提出的治国理政目标,是全国人民共同追求的社会理想。本文从和谐的起源谈起,从和谐社会的基本特征科学分析了和谐社会的外在表现形态,并以检察机关的独特视野对其进行规范。本文还从深圳的角度客观分析了构建和谐社会的现实意义,并针对分析出的现实意义,探讨了检察机关服务和谐社会建设的原则、目标任务和基本方法。
Building a socialist harmonious society is the goal set by the party Central Committee for governing state affairs and is a social ideal that the people of the whole nation are pursuing together. Starting from the harmonious origins, this paper scientifically analyzes the external manifestations of a harmonious society from the basic characteristics of a harmonious society and regulates it with the unique perspective of procuratorial organs. This article also objectively analyzes the practical significance of building a harmonious society from the perspective of Shenzhen and probes into the principles, objectives, tasks and basic methods for procuratorial organs to serve the construction of a harmonious society in light of the practical significance of the analysis.
